Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of successful trend-to-market execution (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Mastery of Delphi methods, causal layered analysis, and weak signal detection
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers

- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategy
