Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term strategic initiatives with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market disruptions
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and strategic white papers for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops with global thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to track organizational innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
