- Develop quantitative trend impact assessments using machine learning analytics
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Build predictive models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate futurism role
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning for Fortune 500 organizations
