Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and contingency plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefs translating complex data into strategic imperatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at global forums shaping policy and innovation dialogues
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative/qualitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience leading multi-year strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
