Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Analyze global data streams to quantify emerging market opportunities and risks
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate future-focused startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technology evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects published
