Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends across biotech, quantum computing, and neurotech to forecast 5-10 year industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops using design thinking and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content for industry summits and peer-reviewed journals
- Advour on ethical implications of emerging technologies through our Future Ethics Council
- Mentor junior strategists in trend analysis and strategic foresight best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight or technology journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent program
