Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and hyper-personalization
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio published in futures research journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Experience leading teams in agile innovation environments
