Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and operations
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Advolve C-suite clients on existential risks and transformative opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise future strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
