Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and strategic roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation portfolios
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and patent applications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ global stakeholders
- Build and mentor a future-focused strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Tech Policy, Futures Studies)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling strategic initiatives across global organizations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
