Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to create strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models that anticipate market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Present future trend insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-facing topics
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
