Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation pipelines
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build cross-functional foresight ecosystems integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating deliverables from multi-year strategic foresight projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight, Shell scenarios) advantageous
- Experience in high-growth tech, biotech, or sustainability sectors
