Responsibilities

- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and strategic business initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated future needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of global socio-economic drivers affecting technological adoption
