Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D processes
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptors across 15+ industries
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
