Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on long-term vision and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynotes at industry conferences
- Build and manage an international network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps with clear KPIs
- Advise product development teams on emerging tech integration and market timing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with predictive modeling tools and data visualization platforms
