- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Author high-impact trend briefings and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience and innovation pipelines
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using proprietary foresight analytics platforms
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of professional futurist/strategy experience with Fortune 500 client portfolio
- Proven expertise in technology convergence, behavioral economics, and systemic change modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable executive insights
