Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Author thought leadership reports and briefings for executive stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software platforms
