- Translate foresight insights into product innovation pipelines and business initiatives
- Monitor and report on macro-indicators affecting industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
