- Mentor junior futurists while establishing department thought leadership benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities using advanced analytical tools
