Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders through interactive workshops
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
- Maintain proprietary trend database using Horizon Dynamics' AI analytics platform
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on emerging technologies or socio-technical disruption
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and risk mitigation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
