Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to capitalize on future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints and scenario planning workshops
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives at global summits and board meetings
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology adoption trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, spatial computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level keynote presentations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused strategy implementations
