Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype future-state business models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future scenarios and roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and pattern recognition
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
