Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization
- Experience building future-proof organizational capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
