As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify breakthrough opportunities. You'll present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in leading publications. Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology trend forecasts using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce executive reports on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Mentor junior strategists and guide research methodology development
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and C-level stakeholders
- Strong publication record in futurism or technology foresight domains
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
