Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce actionable white papers on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate engineering)
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D investments and market positioning
- Build and manage a global network of futurist experts and academic partners
- Integrate ethical foresight into product development lifecycle
- Present strategic insights to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP)
- Published work in futures research or technology strategy journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
