- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish foresight methodologies and train internal teams on strategic forecasting
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory signals affecting long-term strategy
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year market evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or technology-related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, TED talks, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
