Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2035
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database and monitoring system
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Publish thought leadership on future-focused topics through whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic forespace
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
