- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future Shock Index' industry benchmark
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and exponential technology assessment
- Pioneer novel methodologies for measuring intangible innovation value
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government futurist roles
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing strategic foresight into commercial success
