Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futurist methodologies into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts (biotech, neurotech, climate tech)
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurist analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
