Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, bio-convergence, AI autonomy)
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive intelligence for future-proofing
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Orchestrate cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable strategic recommendations
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
