Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging signals to build 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for clients in technology, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic scenarios for complex organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
