Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify high-impact opportunities and risks
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications
- Create strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and market positioning
- Present findings to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
