Responsibilities

- Pioneer research in neuro-interfaces and human augmentation technologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure systems
- Establish partnerships with global innovation labs and academic institutions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders incubator
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record publishing in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive transformation
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or WFS
