Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizons using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Develop innovation roadmaps translating future market disruptions into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align emerging tech adoption with long-term vision
- Present futures intelligence to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish cross-functional 'future labs' to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Monitor global megatrends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing for strategic implications
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation and adaptive resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies or product roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and business implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
