- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging innovations with long-term business objectives
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal implications
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech landscapes
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical and societal concepts
- Experience managing global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurism/tech conferences
