Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term product development
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Manage cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with Delphi methodology and trend impact analysis
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
