- Develop actionable foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for 2026 pilot projects
- Mentor a global team of 15 futurists and data scientists
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published author of at least 3 peer-reviewed foresight methodologies
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in trend analysis using AI-driven platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical and technological megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
