Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 technology disruption
- Author thought leadership reports published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and World Economic Forum
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX researchers, and policy advisors
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption at global forums like Davos and UN summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published portfolio in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting) or patents in emerging tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech trends
- Experience securing government grants or venture capital for futuristic ventures
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., PESTLE analysis, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
