Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies into product roadmaps and corporate vision
- Establish FutureVision Labs as thought leader through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological convergence points affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping initiatives implemented
