Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology horizons across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for cutting-edge R&D
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Design and implement scenario planning methodologies for disruptive market shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-performing innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within large organizations
