- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and industry conferences
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs on 5-year R&D pipelines
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technology roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
