Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Design innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions with industry partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on technological convergence
- Mentor futurist trainees and establish forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Published work on technological singularity or human-machine symbiosis
