Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen product/service concepts
- Build and manage a network of futurist industry experts and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or MBA preferred
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprise leadership
