Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation briefs for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies with 5-year commercial viability
- Mentor junior strategists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
