Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario-planning sessions with Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
