Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis of emerging technologies shaping 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map future market disruptions and opportunities
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFP, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
