Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios
- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to co-create future-aligned roadmaps
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for next-generation product ecosystems
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Pioneer Horizon's proprietary foresight methodology and analytical frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
