- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on emerging technology implications (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable whitepapers and strategic briefs on disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and systemic trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Experience facilitating C-suite strategy sessions in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful long-term strategy implementations
