Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs for C-suite stakeholders on emerging market shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Represent FutureHorizon at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
