Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable trend reports and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Mentor futurist talent and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SIFT, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
