- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging market disruptions
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI trend analysis tools
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) with published thought leadership
- Mastery of scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon-scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
